Dr. Oz show says to take in 2 Tsp. of Metamusil powder in a cup of water 3 x's a day. I have been doing this for 2 months now, I sure hope it's working because I can't take any of the C meds. It has psyillium in it and it grabs onto the stuff that would turn into C in your blood while it's in your tummy and your body rids…

The closest I have come is Portabella Mushroom Pizzas! Sooooooo good.. (but I love me some Portabellas) Just add low fat cheese and pizza sauce, (whatever) and bbq them till melted, or oven till melted. Soooo yummy!

I have made a spice box cake with ONLY adding a can of pumpkin.. just made them into cupcakes (for portion control) each one was 83 cal. I just dusted them w/ powdered sugar*

I chop it up to add moisture to verrry lean hamburger (for patties) I have found that ground eye of round is only 4% fat! But can be on the dry side, so the celery adds the needed moisture!

can you use other pudding flavors? I can't eat chocolate due to acid reflux...

You ROCK buddy! I thought I was fighting such a battle trying to lose 12 lbs. and then I see true determination pay off in you! I have 2 lbs. to go and now I am wondering.. how will I maintain my goal weight? I really want to eat food again!! Anyway, congrats!!! You look AWSOME!

I only use Stevia drops! Plant based and sooooooo sweet. I can't remember the last time I used sugar. I did add honey to my tea when I was sick and after I saw the calories it cost me, never again! (till I am at my goal weight!)

Tostadas! Lean ground Eye of Round..4% fat!! Rosarita fat free refried beans... baked corn tortillas (450* for about 10 mins.) smear beans on baked torts and meat on top. I add lettuce, avacado, etc. black olives, plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Also, a trace of 2% sharp cheddar cheese....yum!

I guzzle water all day! Since I have acid reflux disease they want us to drink filtered water and I have so few choices of what I can drink, I find myself sooo reliant on water!

I use stevia drops in Teecino coffee iced w/ Rheddi whip on top! sooooo good and stevia is so freakin sweet, it helps! and...caob candies when I have extra calories I have to eat!

I drink herbal Teeccino coffee, (mocha) and I ALWAYS use Stevia as a sweetener for whatever I need sugar for. I use the liquid w/ dropper. Teeccino is excelent for iced coffee drink, too! I use Rheddi Whip on top (only 3 cal's.) and it gets me through the afternoon, it is soooo good!
