Hey.
Just wondering if anyone has good suggestions on gaining weight. It's kind of the opposite of what most people are here for but I'm 6'2" and weigh 132lbs. I'm way too skinny for my liking &I'm finding it impossible to gain weight and maintain it. I don't know if it's because of my metabolism or what. Any tips would be appreciated!

cheese burgers? mikshakes, everything yummy! healthy cookies, cakes, muffins...eat extra for me!!! Good luck and have fun! I had to gain weight once upon a time after a split up and got down to 98 lbs. my family was horrified.. I started scarfing down all the above and my attitude and health improved quickly. Once again, eat happy!!0

Hahaha, yeah I guess so. I think I just need to start making my meals bigger, I guess. I was hoping there might of been other males on here for the same thing and had some advice on protein powder or supplements to help bulk up but it doesn't seem as if I'll get any lol0

Protein shakes, meats and veggies and yes, make your portions bigger. You want to gain muscle not fat. So you are going to want to exercise and do a lot of strength training. You may want to look into buying p90x or insanity. Those are great videos and I have seen them bulk up people. If you like help, learning more about it. Message me.0

If you open your diary, we can give you better suggestions on how to gain weight! My bf is currently trying to gain muscle weight. He makes sure to eat as much protein as he can (about 1g for every lb of bodyweight) and tries to focus on higher calorie foods which are nutritionally dense (think nuts, avocado, sweet potatoes, etc).0

Try and consume your bodyweight in protein (138grams) , try to eat 4-6 balanced meals through out your day up your carb intake , try some bcaa powders and omega 3 fish oil tablets as they can help breakthrough your metabolism. No point increasing your portion sizes by that much as your body wont be able to break down the carbs / protein in one sitting .0

You can try something like StrongLifts..... you need to lift so that you gain muscle, and not fat.
Then up the calories to around a 1.5lb a week gain... and up your protein intake significantly.
Once you get into it, its actually fun. lol.0
