FAT GRAMS..SUPPOSED to eat ALL?

I am on 1230 cal. goal, with 41 fat grams as goal. I never eat all the goal fat grams, started feeling shakey and not well. Hurried up and ate peanuts and an oz. of 2% cheese and felt better. I don't know how to eat more fat grams and keep the total cal. at 1230...HELP! Is it important to try to eat ALL the fat grams in the daily goal amounts? Wondering if this is why I felt unwell? HELP!!
