Need a little lift
I've lost close to 90lbs so far, I stumbled across some old pictures recently, but it just doesn't look like 90lbs is gone to me. Weight loss slower when excercising
Has anyone found there weightloss slowed down when they started exercising? If so did it eventually speed up again? I started light cardio during week 3/4 and am now in the gym maybe 5 days a week for 1hr+ but as you can see rather than aiding weightloss it seems to have slowed right down, which is a little frustrating.…
