Weight loss slower when excercising

Has anyone found there weightloss slowed down when they started exercising? If so did it eventually speed up again?

I started light cardio during week 3/4 and am now in the gym maybe 5 days a week for 1hr+ but as you can see rather than aiding weightloss it seems to have slowed right down, which is a little frustrating.

Week 1 -3
Week 2 -5
Week 3 -3
Week 4 -1
Week 5 -2
Week 6 -1
Week 7 -1

    But keep it up. Its your body getting used to the muscle work outs. And your muscles are retaining water..

    Weight Loss Mathematics:

    30 minutes of weight training 3x/week
    + 12 minutes of HIIT cardio 2x/week
    + eat 5-6 smalls meals/day
    + make sensible food/drink choices every day
