Swollen Legs and Feet - Help!
Late this morning I noticed that my calves and feet were extremely tight and swollen...it's gotten worse throughout the day. I checked my sodium intake today and it was well below my daily limit and I've had 8-10 glasses of water. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and what I can do to bring the swelling down…

First week MFP - DONE!
Last Sunday I signed up for MFP, never having counted calories before, feeling overwhelmed at the 50-60 pounds I needed to lose, knees hurting, depressed, wondering if I'd ever break the gain/lose/gain cycle I've been on for soooo long. Working out...when you're too sore to work out
So, I'm wondering if anyone can give me some tips on what to do what you've worked out and are so sore you can barely get up out of a chair? I want to keep going but I (and I'm laughing here) can barely move! Feel free to kick my butt if that's what I need...I'm willing but my body is WEAK! Thanks :-)
