Hey All,
I have been juicing in the mornings and have been logging in my fruits as "whole" fruits. BUT since I'm juicing, I'm not consuming the pulp, skin, etc. Are the calories still considered the same?
This morning my juice consisted of (and it was delicious by the way!):
1 Celery Stalk - 2 Medium Carrots - 1 Small Pear - 1 Medium Apple - 1 Small Peach
Thoughts? Thanks!

I think the calories may be similar, but the fiber would be way down! The calories may be down some, also, but I'm not sure by how much.0

I Agree. I also think you are missing the most important Ingredient..FIBER.0
