I keep hearing a lot about changing food to 40%40%20% rule. Is it 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat?
Everyday I eat way more protein than recommended. Everything else I am able to keep within my limits. Is there such thing as eating too much protein as long as I stay within my calories?
Does anyone know how to track calories burned while lifting weights or other strength training? I've only been tracking cardio exercise because I haven't figured it out.
