1200 calories unreachable? help?
hi all, I am back on here again (3rd times the charm) for the past year all I have been eating is MCDonald MEALS and ruffles So I put my mind to turning it around, I am 50 years old and decided on drastic change and 1200 calories is it, but I can not reach it! I go over in sugar and over in protein. Ideas, advice or help…

hi, I was here a little over a year ago and was making slow but good progress, but a job change, a seond job and moving, along with a very stressful transition, I let myself down and gave up....no more..im back and need friends to help, thanks

Ok here's the scenario, I am not very active, desk job and quiet life (not on purpose) I am on a 1200 calorie a day regimen, drinking protein shakes twice a day (replacing meals) adding frozen fruit (as it calls for) since january 27 I have lost 16.5 pounds, that was on a 1410 calorie a day that I had major trouble…

Ok, I have started the body by Vi 90 day challenge, (Im not selling anything) I needed to learn ealthier food choices, any way As you can see on my log, I log everything I conume, my log calls for me to have 1410 calories, I can barely get there truth is I havent hit 1000 yet this week however always go over in protein.…

eating and exercise
I know I saw this posted already, but I can't find it I joined a gym, so the question is....work out before or after dinner/ I would think after, however I have trouble eenough trying to get between 1100 - 1200 calories AND Im used to eating in the evening 7 or so? any tips? please and ty! :)
