I'm just back from a 1.5 hour walk, over hilly terrain, pushing 70lbs+ worth of stroller, toddler and groceries. Had my first NSV just now
I just met up with a friend I hadn't seen in a few weeks, and as soon as she saw me she squealed, "You've lost weight!" Because I tend not to see the scales moving as often as I'd like, it was so nice to get that feedback and it's given me a lovely glowy feeling all afternoon.

Can I do/eat anything to make my skin shrink too?
My weight is dropping off and I can feel that my muscles are increasing, but I can already notice some excess skin around my belly which I really hate. Tell me about your 'cheat' day/meal
I can't picture how this would work. When you have a cheat meal, do you scarf down as much nachos/burger/whatever as you want to eat and then follow it with a big gooey dessert? Or do you just eat a small amount of the lowest-fat-possible versions of those meals and try to stay as close to your calorie target as possible?
