I just met up with a friend I hadn't seen in a few weeks, and as soon as she saw me she squealed, "You've lost weight!"
Because I tend not to see the scales moving as often as I'd like, it was so nice to get that feedback and it's given me a lovely glowy feeling all afternoon.
