What is maintenance?
I am SO CONFUSED on figuring out what my maintenance would be. I'm 5'5, 120lbs (and wanting to stay there) currently eating 1400. I dot know how much I can eat without gaining. I ate 1600 today and now I'm terrified that I'll balloon again :( HEEEEELLLLPPP MEEEEEEE.

Calories while sick
I'm quite sick at the moment and I'm not sure how much I should be eating, since at this time I'm definitely sedentary, considering it hurts to move. When I'm active and healthy I generally eat 1200-1400.

Over calories followed by under calories?
I went WAY OVER in my calories yesterday (wine will do that) so is it okay to under eat my a few hundred calories for the next few days to make up for my guilty binge?

Confused about BMR & TDEE
I've been trying a whole bunch of calculators and have upped my daily intake from 1200 to 1400 two days ago. If the calculator I've used says my BMR is 1331 and my TDEE is 1464, does that mean its AFTER exercise or before?
