Fruit puts me over my sugar limit
How much sugar to too much. My daily dietary goal is 24 but I LOVE fruit. A couple of servings of fruit puts me over my limit. Is the amount of sugar intake adjustable depending on the type of food. I really hate having to avoid even fruit.

Calories burned strength training
Should I count the calories i burn while lifting weights? I wear a heart rate monitor while doing squats and lunges and I burn quite a few calories. I would love to be able to count it against my caloric intake.

Phase 1/Week 1
I started South Beach Phase 1 on April first. So far I've lost 6.6 lbs. This is the most success I've had during this phase.
