Staying the same weight!
I've been the same weight since 9/17. I flucuated down 1.5 pounds and up as far as 1.5 pounds. Woke up this am and up 1 pound from this weight. I've been exercising daily and watching what I eat. Most days I eat between 1500-1600 cals plus exercise. Some times 1300 and very rarely 2000 on the weekends. I'm still always net…
