Help me understand my numbers...
5'4 currently 159lbs. I am trying to lose about a pound a week, (more would be nice but I'm going for slow and steady). My BMR says 1478 calories a day but MFP says recommended 1390 calories per day.. My TDEE is 2289. I do currently breastfeed which is a recommended additional 400 calorie increase.
