I am 5'4 and just reached one of my weight loss goals. I started in the 190's earlier this year and am now 150. I feel incredible. My ultimate goal would be 130 for a solid and healthy BMI, but for right now my short term goal is to reach 145 to have a "healthy" BMI at < 25 and this goal is right around the corner.

I'm on day 20 so far. Level I - I did for 6 days Level 2, now for the 14th time today. I see good results so far and I feel good. I'm on L2D5. I'm getting stronger with the walk out pushups, I can finally do ONE! I can get through the entire cardio at the end without stopping but I have much work to do to get through the entire thing! Wow, I've said this so many times already. level 2 is hard!!!

Agree! Pushups Suck. Day 1 - 7 pushups done Day 2 - 8 pushups done Today - day 3 - 11 pushups done. Getting stronger. But they still suck!
