Lbs per week
I have about 40 lbs I would like to lose. My goal is set at 1 lb loss per week. I am ok with slow and steady, but should I be setting it at 2 lbs instead? I want to set a reasonable goal, but I don't want to be a slacker, either. :) Opinions?

Grab and Go Breakfasts?
I really need ideas for breakfast. I need things that are grab and go - I eat in the car on the way to work, and I have no time for prep in the morning. High protein is a bonus. Any ideas? I typically do a protein shake and string cheese, but I realize I could be doing something way healthier!

Hungry at night
I find that I get really hungry later in the evening (after 9 pm). Even having a snack doesn't seem to satisfy me, so I'm wondering if it's actually hunger or if it's all in my head. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you just have to power through it, or is there something else I should try?

Increasing Daily Steps
I have a desk job, and I don't always have time to take a lunch. I am currently getting 4,000 steps a day, and some days I have to get on the treadmill to reach that amount.
