Need to get Back on Track!
So I haven't done the DVD nor gone to the gym in 5 day!!! :noway: I am going to get back on track tomorrow night....... I hope I don't have to start back at day 1 level 1!!!

So besides the 30 shred DVD, do you do any other form(s) of exercise? I work in an office at a computer most of the day but I have a standing work environment so I know I burn slightly more calories than if I were sitting the entire day and my body doesn't go into "rest" mode.
