Need help figuring tdee
I'm a female. Age 58. 5 ft 3 in. Weight 152.6 and 39 percent body fat. I went to fat to fit radio but can't decide whether I am sedentary or lightly. Active. I walk 1.5 miles a day about three days a week. Not much else though how do I figure my tdee? Thanks. I had it figured before but got confused. Thanks.

Certain diet or everything in moderation?
I've read tons of diet books. I figured my bmr and tdee and know my calorie goal but I'm confused as to what to eat to lose weight. Low fat? Low carb? Skinny rules? Everything in moderation? What do you do to successfully lose weight? Thanks.

Diary settings: carb tracking
The food diary does not track net carbs so it always looks like I've gone over on my carbs. How do you track your daily carbs in your diary? Are you supposed to subtract fiber from carbs? Do you just set your daily carbs higher? Help. Thanks.

The diary, as far as I can tell, only tracks carbs so I always go over in my daily carbs. What is the trick for tracking net carbs in the diary? Thanks.
