I'm a 58 year old out of shape woman whose thinking of starting convict conditioning. I've checked it out on amazon and it looks intimidating. Anyone have experiences or recommendations? Thanks.

I am currently reading through the book and starting this. Not sure if I will get to full potential, but wiling to try. If you decide to do it, add me and we can keep up with each other's progress.

So did you end up getting it? I know it's been a while since you posted, but the beginning exercises can be done by just about anyone. It's all about slowly progressing from there. For example, the first in the pushup series is wall pushups.
