Avg HRM reading in the 160s during jog... wtf?
I just started using a heart rate monitor. I went for a 40 min jog today and it recorded my average HR as 169, with a high in the 180s. After sitting on the couch for about fifteen minutes it's showing 75 - 90 depending on when I look at it. I took my heart rate manually and it seems to be showing the correct HR, at least…

Which diet method are you using?
Low carb? Paleo? Calorie counting? Weight watchers? I've done Atkins before with great success when I followed it to the letter.
