Is anyone tracking other things besides weight loss? For example on my exercise log notes I have this so I can track how I am doing each day: Rate 1-10 1 being bad and 10 being awesome. Mood: Sleep quality: Muscle soreness: Energy level: If anyone has or is done something like this what other things are being logged?

In the right zone gadget...
Hi Everyone, I need a gadget that helps me keep in the right zone so that I am not working out to hard or to light. I am looking at the Polar F17 or one of their other products. Does anyone have pros and cons comments to what you are using? Thanks, Nash
