I have been working over nights for 12 years. I have NEVER been able to get my eating habits in order. I don't know when to eat what meal. I think this is why I have gained 45 lbs in the past few years. I go to work 1130 pm monday thru Thursday and work til 930 am then I come home and work for my son's business answering…
