Back on MFP and looking for support
Hello all :) I was on here for over a year and was able to lose 40 lbs and get to my lowest weight in over 15 years. I did it with hard work, determination, and a strong support of friends here on MFP. Unfortunately a lot of my old friends ended up leaving and I eventually stopped using it.
