Back on MFP and looking for support

Hello all :)

I was on here for over a year and was able to lose 40 lbs and get to my lowest weight in over 15 years. I did it with hard work, determination, and a strong support of friends here on MFP.

Unfortunately a lot of my old friends ended up leaving and I eventually stopped using it. Lots of personal crap happened in between and I gained back 20lbs.

No more time for excuses. I know what it took for me to get my results and I'll be applying the same techniques again.

I'm looking for people in my age range 25-35, who log almost every day and are highly motivated and also helping others along the way.

Good luck to everyone :)

Hey, I've just started out on MFP and logging every day! Also decided that that time for excuses was over. Very motivated, and keen to motivate others. Feel free to add me if you like!

I'm 27 and as of this summer I'm on my second go around of MFP. Uncontrollable lifestyle changes made me unable to keep a good control over my caloric intake, which made me lose focus and gain back almost half of the 45-50 lbs I'd lost. I'm down about 12 lbs since I started, and working hard to keep up the good habits. I also try to be a supportive friend and am also in need of new ones so feel free to add me! :)
