I find it harder on my body but easier to plan because I actively set out time for it because I know what I'm doing now and I know how great it makes me feel. It's something I look forward too at the end of my workday!

Seeing the bike paths next to my work is the reason I started this weight loss journey. I saw a lot of my coworkers taking their bike to work and I decided to get a bike and haven't looked back since! It's about 20km / day with lots of hills. I burn about 1000 calories a day just by biking so it's very effective!

Cereal, single greek yoghurt, a lot of fruits. Don't need the milk with the yoghurt. It's about 300-500 calories depending on how much of everything you take.
