Please share your success stories for how you maintained a healthy lifestyle while on vacation. I am in the Caribbean on vacation for 2 weeks visiting family. Just arrived today and at a lot of mangoes - fruit yes - but high carbs. I am so scared of keeping up the routines while visiting family...please keep me motivated.

I have been on a very low calorie diet for 6 weeks using the new directions products. For 6 weeks it worked, lost 13 pounds first 4 weeks on a 1000 calories per day.
