I stumbled upon fat free cheeses in the store a couple of weeks ago. They are a super food because they have a 5 to 1 calorie to protein ratio. They are an excellent way to add the volume of cheese without all the fat. Another option is to do half fat free and half non fat free.
Body fat is down to 15.6 percent now. That is 10 percent down from the time I started in August. The great thing is I've added a lot of muscle too. I cannot believe the changes I have made to my body.
