Do I need to eat back the calories i've burned?
I've heard some people say yes and some say no. However, my problem is that I work out at night at 7-8pm. I brisk walk and jog every evening because its the ONLY time I have to exercise. This is also too late in the evening to eat so, will I be ok if I don't eat them?

When did you start running/jogging?
I'm down 30 lbs but I still don't feel like I'm strong enough to start jogging. Should I push myself? Is there a way to tell when I'm ready? How long should I go? Right now I'm just walking and I'm doing that about 30-40 minutes a day.

Lasix and Weight Loss
I've been on Lasix for about a week now which will obviously make me drop a few lbs. (The aversion to sunlight sucks but I'll get over that) I guess my question is: How do I know that I'm actually losing weight and not just water? Is there a way to tell?
