Need Protein Ideas - Picky Eater
I am struggling with protein. I do not eat seafood, pork (other than bacon & pepperoni), or eggs. I have a hard time staying full after breakfast because I usually have toast, waffle, or cereal. I do not like to exercise, but I will do 20 minutes on a treadmill (walking) and some hand weights and leg machines every once in a while. I know I need to do this more often and plan to. I love to Zumba and try to do that 2-3 times a week. I know I eat too much mostly carbs and sugar. As for protein I only eat chicken and…
