I have been running and doing insanity and only have two weeks of insanity left. The past two days when I go out to run I get a pain in the lower right side of my abdomen. It doesn't matter how fast of slow I go. I have tried stretching stopping and walking. Any ideas what is causing this?
Anyone else doing insanity? I just started today. I would like to run a couple days a week still. Do you think this would be to much?
