I have been running and doing insanity and only have two weeks of insanity left. The past two days when I go out to run I get a pain in the lower right side of my abdomen. It doesn't matter how fast of slow I go. I have tried stretching stopping and walking. Any ideas what is causing this?

Is it a side stitch? See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Side_stitch

For me They feel like a sharp stabbing pain just under the right lung or ribs, maybe where the diaphragm is.

I'm a beginning runner and They are my bane with running distances longer than a 5k. I don't get them inside on a treadmill but I do get them in a 5k race that has lots of hills or if it's really humid out.
