Anyone supplement one or two (or more?) meals a day by juicing? Are the calories the same with juicing? I've been counting it just in case, but if it's the same anyway, could I put the pulp in the blender and add it to the juice to still get the fiber if I'm counting the whole fruit anyway? How accurate is MFP on calories burned?
Is MFP accurate? I don't care if it's correct down to the last calorie, but is it within a reasonable margin of error? And does it take into account your current weight and fitness level?

BMR Help Needed
I just used several calculators to calculate my BMR. One said 1888, one said 2200 and one said 2300. MFP says 1770. All the variables were the same. How do I know what my actual BMR is? Should I be eating my BMR # and just lower it as I lose weight?

Too Few Calories?
MFP has set me at 1240 calories a day. That's fine and I usually come in at or below the limit. It seems a little low to me though, I am 230+ lbs and at my weight it seems that just carrying myself around all day would burn more.
