How do you stay under a reasonable amount of sodium?
I try to cook most of my meals fresh - semi fresh but inevitably I have to use some canned, frozen, packaged stuff every day. I am ALWAYS over on the sodium in my macros. I drink almost nothing but water so it may not be that big of a deal but I wanted to cut back and see if that helped in the weight loss effort but I have…
