Half marathon on Sunday
I just registered for a half on Sunday.... on the spur of the moment. I am completely untrained. My longest run since the Philadelphia Marathon (last November) has been 7 miles. I've always said I could go out and run a half on any given day..... time to put that to the test! Wish me luck!

Polar FT7 crapped out in a race today....
In the middle of a duathlon.... (5k run, 30k bike, 5k run) the wrist watch read something ilke "cannot read heart rate". The chest band was perfectly in place.
