Losing weight in "chunks"
Sorry about the subject line... Here's what I mean, I average 6-8 pounds of weight loss a month to 5 weeks. It works out to be about a pound a week. But here's the clincher. I tend to lose 4-5 pounds in a week and micro bits of weight in between time. The scale stays solid and then WHAM! It all comes off. Any ideas on why…
