I'm starting the Ripped in 30 DVD today but don't know how I would log it into Myfitnesspal. Any ideas? Cardio, circuit training? Thanks!
How would I go about setting my daily calories to be able to have a cheat day in my week? I'm not talking about being overboard, just a little more flexible on eating out for one night. I know not everyone feels it necessary but I think I need it for my sanity. Thanks!
There are some days we have school, soccer, baseball, karate, and I don't have time or energy to think about my meals. I have a pretty good fail-proof lunch I can always go to (spinach salad, pecans, reduced fat blue cheese crumbles, balsamic vinaigrette....yum!), but not for breakfast or dinner.
