I'm starting the Ripped in 30 DVD today but don't know how I would log it into Myfitnesspal. Any ideas? Cardio, circuit training?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I'd say circuit training is the best option for logging it.0

The only way to accurately log the work out is to purchase a HRM.0

I used my HRM and then just added the exercie. I am not sure how you would log it and get accurate otherwise.0

I used circuit training, but the only way to really know how many calories you are burning is to get a heart rate monitor. Now I still use circuit training but I edit the calories burned daily to match my HRM.0

Generally, I just log some variation of "circuit training" for Jillian's videos. I use that for 30 day shred and no more trouble zones.0

I've used "circuit training general" for months now.0
