Running Shoes?
I've really enjoyed seeing the difference that interval training with breathless sprints, on the treadmill, has made; however, I've suffered with toenail issues and friction. Just curious, for those that still have 50+ pds to lose, and working vigorously on the treadmill, what shoes work best?

Do you weigh every day? Do you fluctuate greatly??
I am just curious about how many of you weigh every day and if so, how much does your weight fluctuate (if at all). I try not to weigh every morning but there is some insane gravitational pull that makes me...but this is what I've noticed. SHIN SPLINTS!! Can't stop treading because of it..ADVICE.
I don't want to stop working out and although they don't hurt real bad yet, they are starting to act up after every two workouts or so. My question is does anyone else have this problem and do you do anything to help before you work out?
