The Alphabet and SHIN SPLINTS!

Well..I posted yesterday regarding horrible shin splints...so many of you helped tremendously. A few of you said to trace the alphabet with my feet to stretch my shins before working out....well...after several wasted sheets of paper with barely legible letters on them - I realized you meant trace the alphabet in the air....SOOOO I have to say IT WORKED!! Not only did my shins not hurt, but I even was able to do more. THANK YOU!!
