For me, it is going to be listening to my own body's signals of hunger and thirst and ignoring boredom and emotional signals. Fitness goal would be 5 days every week.

Make better choices throughout the ENTIRE day. I have this obnoxious tendency to eat a really "good" breakfast/lunch and totally chuck it out the window and eat cr@p for dinner/late night snack.
Also, drink much...much more water.0 -
I'm in the the ENTIRE day. I have no problems till evening. My plan is to work on consistency day in and day out.0
-
Good to see I'm not the only one who struggles in the evening! I feel like some super healthy guru during the day then I just want to devour a few pizzas at night0
-
Stop being so hard on myself, and also try my best to listen to my body's hunger cues.
Evening's are hardest for me, too. Evenings are usually the point where I either don't feel like eating, or want to eat all the foods.0 -
I need to stay focused and consistent. And drink a lot more water.0
-
Be consistent0

-
Stay focused. Just stay focused and not give up. So long as I can stay motivated it's all good.0
