Going from 28% body fat to 18%-- how long?
Hi! I'm 28% body fat right now, and would like to lose 10% in ONE YEAR. Is that a reasonable goal with exercise 3x/week (weight training + HIIT) and a good diet? I'd workout more, but it doesn't fit my lifestyle. I don't know if I'm overaiming or underaiming. Thanks!

How do I weigh more in the morning than night?
I measure 3 times a day: morning after using the bathroom, afternoon, and night. I see a pattern rising and I keep weighing more in the morning. I have a glass digital scale by THINNER that either fluctuates none when it should or a large amount when it shouldn't. For example, I will eat a lot and it will say I am EXACTLY the same weight from before I ate the meal.
