Hi everyone!
I'm Carol, a high school jersey girl. I'm 5' 3", 135 pounds, and looking to be 110. I've been on myfitnesspal before, when I started at 137 and went down to 121, but then I lost it all. I battled bulimia and emotional eating. I'm from an asian background so my family is always pushing me to lose weight and be thin like the rest of Korean girls.
I actually care about the the appearance more than the scale so if I look great, it'll be inevitable that I feel light. I want a skinny waist, tight abs, toned arms, and slim legs. I need this to feel confident when prom rolls around in May, Hawaii in June, and Senior portraits in August.
Now I'm back and thinspired! I'm not going to fail and fall again. Looking forward to meeting you all! XOXO.

i'm 5'3 and my goal weight is 135! make sure you don't go underweight. 135 is perfectly healthy for 5'3.0
