Calorie Goal Change
I have changed my calorie goal today to 1400 from 1200 to make it more managable and achievable! Has any1 else changed theres from the recommendation? If so, why? Do you feel it was a good decision? What were the results? Etc Etc. Advice/ experiences appreciated!

Hi all, The wkend is nearly here = obstacles/ challenges with regard to our eating plans!!!!! I have a meal out tmorro at Pizza Express. ...Headaches from sugar crash??
I have been doing MFP for just over 2 weeks now & have been getting really bad headaches, which is unusual for myself. I think this may b from the lack of sugar in my diet?? This has happened before when I have dieted also. Any ideas?? Or has this happened t eny1else?? Thanks :-)

HELP NEEDED WITH BALANCING COUNTING CALORIES & A SOCIAL LIFE
