Vodka & diet coke is very low in calories or vodka & tonic....alternatively white wine and soda in a tall glass :-)

I have lots of stretch marks frm both putting on and losing a lot of weight at different stages of my life....however......I don't mind them.......there a part of me.......and always will be

Points values of foods are calculated by the number of calories & saturated fat in the food ...... using a specific calculator. Well hopefully they will go away soon!!!!!! I eat quite a lot of fish already for protein but will keep a concious eye on it this week......aswell as drinking more water :-)))) Glad it's not just me!!!!!!!!!!

.....try looking up the restaurant u are going to online....most chains post their calorific content on their websites nowadays. I have done this myself for tnight :-)

Evening.........just seeing how everybody has done with their Monday exercise goal??!!! I walked for approx 2 hours today on a school trip......earning over 500 calories ...& I swam this evening......exceeding my 20 lap goal .....swimming 26 laps in the same amount of time I usually swim 20 :-)))) ..earning over 300…

Well im new to the site.......& determind on a lifestyle change (again) so just getting bk int exercise atm, which is why I need the encouragement & motivation to do it!!! I agree you need t mix it up a little though......try different activities/ classes etc

I have recently stopped smoking.....never been a big smoker....only really 2 or 3 a day & more in social situations. I am worried that stopping will effect weight loss!!!! So reading some of the replys to ur post has helped!! :-)
