Looking for LCHF friends!
I started my New WOE on October 17th, as of today I'm down 28.2 lbs. started a 90 day challenge, which is what brought me back to tracking. Just looking for others attempting the same path as me. It always great to bounce ideas off each other. Happy new year!

snacking
I have read a lot about (healthy) snacking through out the day. My issue is that I am not normally hungry through out the day, so should I just find a snack anyhow? I feel like you should eat when you're hungry... Opinions??
