snacking

I have read a lot about (healthy) snacking through out the day. My issue is that I am not normally hungry through out the day, so should I just find a snack anyhow? I feel like you should eat when you're hungry... Opinions??

    As long as you are hitting your calorie targets, there's no need to snack if you're not hungry.

    If you're not hungry I would not snack. I find for me, my weight goes up in step with the amount of snacking I do.
