Workouts for women
Do any of you do any of the Tiffany Rothe workouts??? I go to youtube and normally do a couple a day and I LOVE them she also has a facebook page for any facebookers!!!

What do you like most about YOURSELF??
Alot of people can tend to be self conscious or have low self esteem but I think everyone should love theirself and work to be who or what they want to become.. For me I would probally have to say my hair or my eyes and my calf muscles
