New to running and weight loss
So I've decided to follow the c25k program. I started cardio training on Sunday by doing a 3k walk/jog. Did it Sun-Tues in a similar fashion to C25K but with more running. Mvoing to week 2
So I started cardio training last week. I did it 4 days the first three i did 2.5k and two 3k days at my own pace(a combo of walk/run like c25k without set intervals) then I found the program and decided to do the week 1 work out. Lack of Calories
Okay, so I've started to change to a healthy lifestyle for a sedentary, junk food, and partying lifestyle. I find that have nutrient dense food is fill me up easier and keeping me full. Problem is, after exercising and eating healthy I never get near my calorie goal(which is set for 2lbs/week). The only days I do is if I…
