Before and During w/ PICS, 21lbs down!
This is me at my heaviest, somewhere between 170 and 180 (I am 5'6). I took this picture yesterday after I was able to fit into a size 10 comfortably and I'm currently at 149lbs. I still have a little way to go to reach goal but wanted to post a "during" photo :happy:

Breakfast and Lunch Ideas
So I'm trying to get my diet healthier for myself and my family but don't know where to start really. We are busy and don't have a lot of time to prepare meals so I need something that is quick and healthy. (By quick less than 45 min. to prep and cook). What are some of your ideas/meals for breakfast and lunch?
